Amy E. Polowy

Brian D. Goldberg

Brian is admitted to practice law in the New York State Courts; United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the Texas State Courts. He is also a commissioned Notary Public.
Mr. Goldberg is the author of “Digital Transitions: The Future of eMortgage Laws and Adoption by State” (Legal League 100 Quarterly Journal, 2020), and has trained numerous loan servicers and Court personnel regarding foreclosure litigation on forward and reverse mortgages.
Most uniquely, Mr. Goldberg along with the Nassau County Courts, created the Inquest Program in New York to help expedite uncontested foreclosures. His work with the county led to the design of the pilot program and launch for implementation. Brian also assisted in the creation of the Servicer Day program to facilitate increased efficiency and resolutions to matters in the Settlement Conference Part.
Brian is the sitting Secretary of the Complex Litigation, Legislative & Regulatory Policy Committee of the American Legal and Financial Network. He is also a member of the New York Bar Association and Texas Bar Association. He has been a licensed attorney since 2007.
His community involvement includes serving as president of the Alpha Tau Omega Alumni Association at American University, fundraising for the Wounded Warrior Foundation and volunteering with the Special Olympics.
Douglas C. Weinert
