Ms. Gazzo previously served as Managing Attorney of the New York office for ten years, and practices in real estate, mortgage default servicing, foreclosure, and bankruptcy. She is admitted to New York State Court and the United States Federal and Bankruptcy Courts in all Districts of New York.

Ms. Gazzo is a key member of the firm’s Compliance Committee, which acts in response to legal or regulatory updates to analyze, define, and control all aspects of implementation of change of law in the firm’s New York operational procedures. She is also a member of the firm’s Executive Leadership Committee, which is organized to define and steer the firm’s strategic initiatives, while ensuring the ongoing development of the firm. In her role as Partner, Nicole will continue to oversee foreclosure, bankruptcy and eviction operations at the firm.
