Business First runs this annual competition to honor companies that create a fun, challenging, and rewarding workplace.  Gross Polowy has been names Best Places to Work since 2016.  Staff, Managers and Attorneys from Gross Polowy will attend Business First’s Luncheon on Thursday, April 11th at Buffalo Niagara Convention Center.

On January 19th and 26th, employees from Gross Polowy participated in Cook for Kids for those staying at the Ronald McDonald House.  The employees prepared a Mexican Fiesta one night and Down Home Comfort meal the other.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western New York (RMHC of WNY) keeps families with sick/injured children together and near the care and resources they need.

RMHC of WNY is a local chapter of Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC), a not-for-profit organization, which finds and supports programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children.

(Williamsville, NY) October 23, 2017 – Gross Polowy, LLC of New York has announced the expansion of its law practice into the State of New Jersey.  The firm received requests from several of its clients for this expansion.  New Jersey presents an opportunity for the firm to service its clients through a multi-state model, while maintaining all aspects of Gross Polowy’s performance standards, legal thought leadership and firm culture.

Gross Polowy has hired Lynn T. Nolan as the firm’s Managing Attorney for its New Jersey office.  Ms. Nolan has represented mortgage servicers and lenders in all aspects of their default legal needs for over 5 years.  She is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey; U.S. District Court of New Jersey, the State of New York; U.S. District Court, for the Southern District of New York; and U. S. District Court, for the Eastern District of New York.

Amy Lovullo, Human Resources Director for Gross Polowy, LLC has been nominated by her peers to be a Rising Star as part of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Rising Stars is one of Western New York’s premiere young professional events. The Foundation honors some of Buffalo’s rising leaders and celebrates their success in their chosen career and their volunteer work in the community.

Cystic fibrosis is a devastating genetic disease that affects the lungs and digestive system. More than ten million Americans are symptomless carriers of the defective CF gene. When the Foundation began in 1955, most children with CF did not live to see their first day of elementary school. Today, the median predicted age of survival for a person with CF is in the mid-30s.
